3. Shipping & Delivery (The "Raw Meat" Clause)

  • Delivery Windows: We provide estimated delivery dates. However, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery or provide a safe, cool place for the package.

  • Immediate Storage: Once delivered, products must be placed in a freezer or refrigerator immediately. The Pet Food Company is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after the package has been marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

4. No Returns or Refunds

In accordance with our Return Policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, pet preference (refusal to eat), or shipping delays beyond our control. Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to faulty or damaged goods reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Safe Handling: You agree to follow safe handling procedures for raw meat (e.g., washing hands and surfaces after contact). The Pet Food Company is not liable for illness resulting from improper handling or cross-contamination in your home.
